uustuus-forever
me by mom, a thousand years ago

I’ve been somewhat genderfuck myself since I discovered that you don’t really have to play by the rules and might as well be whoever you want to be (surprise). Old ladies on the streets of our russian district screamed at me “are you a boy or a girl?!” I laughed at them and proudly tightened my Mighty Ducks cap closer to that short boy haircut. Now the fact that most of my fashion model crushes from Twiggy to Pasha are androgynous kind of ladies might something to do with that. But also the fact that mystery is always beautiful and when you can’t figure something out or put a finger on it, you experience something similar to an art katarsis. Anyways, meet my fresh model crush Pasha and try to figure out, is she 9 or is she 20 is she boy or is she girl, in any option, always magical!

Tulemus on nüüd siin.

If you didn’t already read without words I can explain using them. What happened is that Lilli Jahilo called me up and asked me to style her fresh capsule collection, as this awesome woman gave me free hands I took on art directing and post production as well, and that’s how these japanesque collages were born. Of course they had more moms than me, so I clap my hands to our make up, photography, model and of course designer team. I got all the details and accessories I needed from Fankadelik Vintage, socks from Happy Socks of course and most of the shoes from Tamaris spring-summer collection.

Thanks for tagging along,
now scroll on this springness and feel it inside your home so it will soon be shining outside too :)

Foreo LUNA play cleaning brush on Eestis saadaval I.L.U.’s ja Kaubamajas

Tagasi Luna testimise juurde.

Messy bed head, still being asleep and massaging my face with a tiny vibrator, life is full of surprises!

As I’m writing this post these photos are a couple of days old and I have been using the Foreo Luna Play Cleansing Brush (really guys a shorter name would do) for half a week. I’d like to start off with Oprah. Many many years ago some female doctor friend of Oprah’s suggested on her show that the only way to get rid of bags under your eyes is to vibrate them with a little rocket vibrator, yeap the same you’d use on other parts of ya bod. That’s right, to massage & direct all that extra fluid from your bags back to the blood stream and shake up the skin sells. Supposedly it should work better than the creams as the creams just sit there and block the oxygen. You know I’m not a doctor, I’m someone who brushes those pretty colorful brush strokes on the photos, but it seemed to make sense tho. And now back to Luna.

So I have been making Luna a bit wet, adding face cleaner on to it or on to my face (on the face works better) and then massaging the face and neck with circular vibrating movements, and then rinsing it off, it takes bout 3 minutes. My honest opinion is that the skin feels a bit more firm and plunky after the proccess and the best sensation is on the chin and neck as it’s the part where skin gets more saggy with years and it’s good to wake it up – get the blood flowing. Not sure about the bags under my eyes as they are sort of part of my look. Overall feeling of the skin is very clean and I feel after 6 uses a lot of the black heads have reduced too. And I like it way better than devices with swirling brushes, as those brushes tend to irritate my skin.

All in all I’ll give it 8 out of 10. Just because I’m sad that I can’t charge it and it lasts up to 100 uses and because I think stronger pulsations would work the skin even better, but it also probably has to do with small battery. But as a first-to-try Foreo device it’s great and introduces the family in a good spirit.
